SV	En Pekah, de zoon van Remalia, zijn hoofdman, maakte een verbintenis tegen hem, en sloeg hem te Samaria, in het paleis van het huis des konings, met Argob en met Arje, en met hem vijftig mannen van de kinderen der Gileadieten; alzo doodde hij hem, en werd koning in zijn plaats.
WLC	וַיִּקְשֹׁ֣ר עָלָיו֩ פֶּ֨קַח בֶּן־רְמַלְיָ֜הוּ שָׁלִישֹׁ֗ו וַיַּכֵּ֨הוּ בְשֹׁמְרֹ֜ון בְּאַרְמֹ֤ון בֵּית־ [מֶלֶךְ כ] (הַמֶּ֙לֶךְ֙ ק) אֶת־אַרְגֹּ֣ב וְאֶת־הָאַרְיֵ֔ה וְעִמֹּ֛ו חֲמִשִּׁ֥ים אִ֖ישׁ מִבְּנֵ֣י גִלְעָדִ֑ים וַיְמִיתֵ֖הוּ וַיִּמְלֹ֥ךְ תַּחְתָּֽיו׃
Trans.	wayyiqəšōr ‘ālāyw peq^aḥ ben-rəmaləyâû šālîšwō wayyakēhû ḇəšōmərwōn bə’arəmwōn bêṯ-meleḵə hammeleḵə ’eṯ-’arəgōḇ wə’eṯ-hā’arəyēh wə‘immwō ḥămiššîm ’îš mibənê ḡilə‘āḏîm wayəmîṯēhû wayyiməlōḵə t^aḥətāyw:

AC	כה ויקשר עליו פקח בן רמליהו שלישו ויכהו בשמרון בארמון בית מלך (המלך) את ארגב ואת האריה ועמו חמשים איש מבני גלעדים וימתהו וימלך תחתיו
ASV	And Pekah the son of Remaliah, his captain, conspired against him, and smote him in Samaria, in the castle of the king's house, with Argob and Arieh; and with him were fifty men of the Gileadites: and he slew him, and reigned in his stead.
BE	And Pekah, the son of Remaliah, his captain, made a secret design against him, attacking him in the king's great house in Samaria; and with him were fifty men of Gilead; and he put him to death and became king in his place.
Darby	And Pekah the son of Remaliah, his captain, conspired against him, and smote him in Samaria, in the fortress of the king's house, with Argob and Arieh, and with him fifty men of the Gileadites; and he slew him, and reigned in his stead.
ELB05	Und Pekach, der Sohn Remaljas, sein Anführer, machte eine Verschwörung wider ihn und erschlug ihn zu Samaria in der Burg des Königshauses, mit Argob und mit Arjeh; und mit ihm waren fünfzig Mann von den Söhnen der Gileaditer. Und er tötete ihn und ward König an seiner Statt.
